ParticipantOh man, you read my thoughts! I just recently tried the elf Camo Concealer. The shade range is pretty decent, with a nice spectrum for different undertones. I find that Fair Rose is a near-perfect match for my cool/pink undertone skin, which is similar to MAC NW13 if anyone’s looking for referenc.
As for the application, I’d recommend using your usual blending sponge or even fingers for a smoother finish. It dries down pretty fast, so better to work in small areas. And don’t forget to blend it out well, unless you want some hefty flashback from the talc and silica in it’s formulation!
And oh boy do those ingredients pack a punch! This product is fragrance-free (score!) but does contain alcohol closer to the end of the ingredients list. Despite this, it doesn’t come off as drying on my skin at all.
I wore it once for about 9 hours before I noticed any significant creasing (picture post-bake potato status). Throughout the wear time, transfer was minimal (almost houdini-like), although it did show signs of discomfort on my T-zone towards the end of the day – so maybe not suited best for those with super oily skin types?
All in all, this really holds up against high-end concealers surpassing some in terms of coverage and even longevity. Have you tried setting it with a powder or using it with a primer? That might make a slight difference as well.

ParticipantI know exactly where y’all are coming from regarding the drying issue, but if you’re into the coverage it provides but want to avoid that feeling, I’ve found a great dupe that might just do the trick for you. The Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer is not only more affordable but also has a similar high coverage finish, annd it’s much less drying than Natasha Denona. It doesn’t have as many shade options which can be a bummer for some, but if you do manage to find your colour match, it’s definitly worth giving a try. Plus, application is smooth as butter with any brush. I usually use a damp beauty sponge for an airbrushed look! Patch test before using it just to check any potential reactions though. And remember, beauty shouldn’t break the bank or your skin!

Participantthere, you’re right about Huda Beauty concealer having great coverage. It’s honestly one of the better ones out there for pulling off a flawless look. In terms of ingredients, it’s loaded with various emollients and silicones which, when combined, really help to create that supple skin texture and prevent any dry or flaky areas.
However, I did notice it contains some fragrance – so patch testing would be good if you’ve got sensitive skin. Also worth mentioning is that despite it being rather long-lasting, I observed minor creasing after about 6 hours. But again, this could vary depending on your personal skin type and the weather conditions too.
On the whole, if you’re after a high-coverage concealer with a semi-matte finish, you might want to give this a shot! Just remember to pair it with a good primer to make those fine lines less visible and increase its durability throughout the day. Anyone else feels the same or had different experiences?

ParticipantI’m realy glad to hear that you’ve had such positive experiences with the Huda Beauty concealer! It’s become a staple in my makeup routine as well. I was particularly drawn to its impressive range of shades – I found one that matches my slightly olive undertone perfectly, which isn’t always an easy task! However, I was wondering if anyone has experienced any issues with it transferring? I’ve had some problems with transfer on those long days, especially around my T-zone. Also, has anyone found a cheaper dupe that works jsut as well? Thanks in advance!
