  • there ‘Lace’ fam! 😊 Okay, so I’ve always been a bit skeptical about stick concealers, and honestly, I was expecting Haus Labs to be no different. But boy, did this concealer prove me wrong! The creaminess of the formula took me by surprise, it blends like a dream without settling in my fine lines. I’m usually an NC-30 in MAC (ya know, for reference sake) and Fawn worked out pretty well for me.

Also–this might sound weird but–I have accidentally fallen asleep with it on (don’t judge, we’ve all done it 😉) and not only did I not breakout but also, it didn’t even cake up or flake off. Seriously impressive!

Typos can be charming, but let’s be honest: no need to rely so much on autocorrect here! Too many champagne toasts celebrating ‘Lace’ maybe? 😜 Anyway, just wanted to put this out there: the brush end works wonders for buffing in the product too. If you haven’t tried that yet, give it a go!

I agree with y’all though, this is definitely a magic wand some beauty insider hid from us for way too long. Anybody else wearing Haus Labs today?

beauties! Oh wow, I honestly feel like the Hourglass Vanish Concealer was sent from makeup heaven. Have been using it for a month now and it totally blew my mind! It gives me this flawless, airbrushed look that most concealers fail to achieve. The wide shade range is a serious bonus too – finally found my perfect match after years of struggle.

Regarding the finish, it’s not overly matte or dewy; it hots somewhere right in the middle, which is perfect for me! And does anyone else adore its brush? I find it distributes the product evenly and blends like a dream. Its staying power can be increased with a good primer underneath (I’m currently in love with Benefit’s Porefessional), but even on its own, it’s reliable.

I have to agree with whoever said that this little magic wand is a little pricey, but trust me, every single penny is worth it! Remember to do a patch test before slathering it all over your face incase you’re sensitive to any ingredients thou. So thrilled to have this gem in my beauty arsenal!

Oh, right?! I totally agree with you about the shade range. It’s incredibly diverse and that’s a big plus for this concealer. But what really seals the deal for me is the finish…so natural and skin-like, despite being full-coverage. Some higher-end products just cake up on me, but I’ve never had that issue with Hourglass. The only teeny-weeny setback might be its price (ouch!). But considering the quality, it’s an investment that I’ve never once regretted in the past 8 years of my beauty journey! Cheers to more concealing and less caking, y’all! 🥂

Oh darling, let me tell you, the Tarte Shape Tape concealer does NOT disappoint. I remember my first time applying it like it was yesterday. The shade range is impressive and I was able to find my perfect match. It’s got a thicker consistency but blends beautifully for a full coverage finish that really wows!

And can we talk about the applicator? That jumbo doe foot brush, oh boy, it gets me every time. You get just the right amount of product on one dip – goodbye dark circles and blemishes, hello flawless skin!

I’ve noticed that using a hydrating primer underneath definitely helps it apply smoother and prevents any creasing or dry patches. But otherwise, this baby doesn’t budge all day. Have you tried setting it with translucent powder? Works a charm in my experience!

Just echoing what you said about patch testing y’all – if you’ve got sensitive skin, always take that extra step first to ensure compatibility. Happy concealing!
