there! In my personal experience, the elf Camo Concealer does tend to crease a little if you don’t set it properly. It’s packed with ingredients like castor oil and silica for smooth application, but doesn’t have any fragrances or alcohol which is a plus for sensitive skin! The texture is quite thick, so I’d definitely recommend using a damp beauty sponge and some setting powder (preferably one without talc) to avoid those pesky creases. As always, patch test any new products just to be safe! Hope this helps.

Well well, isn’t it crazy how we all fall for the hype sometimes? Not that Huda’s Overachiever Concealer isn’t sleeve-up-her-game amazing – but ladies, have you ever tried Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser? The coverage is honestly comparable and your wallet will thank you. The shade range isn’t as extensive, sure. But with some smart mixing and matching (and a bit of makeup wizardry), you can find your pretty perfect match. As for application tips – a damp sponge will do wonders both for Huda and Maybelline concealers. Just make sure you set it nicely under your eyes to avoid any pesky creasing. Blame it on my slightly oily T-zone, but both do tend to gather in fine lines after about 6 hours or so – no matter the concealer’s price tag.
So there’s my two cents – are high-end concealers like Huda really worth the splurge, or can drugstore varieties give ’em a run for their money? What ya think, beauties?

I totally agree with your review on the Huda Beauty concealer. I too have been using it for a while and I must say, the coverage is incredible, hiding those pesky dark circles pretty effectively. My shade is Cotton Candy which has a pink undertone complementing my fair skin tone beautifully. I noticed some fragrance in the product, so for anyone with sensitive skin, definitely perform a patch test beforehand.

When it comes to application, I’ve found that using a damp sponge tends to blend the product seamlessly onto my skin as opposed to directly applying with its brush applicator. It lasted me a good 6-7 hours without any noticeable creasing. A bit of shine did begin to show through on my T-zone after about 4 hours, but nothing some blotting paper couldn’t handle.

For anyone looking for a cheaper alternative, Maybelline’s Fit me Concealer gives almost similar coverage though without the vast shade range offered by Huda Beauty. It lacks that creamy texture Huda’s product has but might be worth checking out if you’re on a tight budget. Hope this helps!
