ParticipantOh, you nailed it with your Kosas Concealer review! The dewy finish that it gives is just sublime. I’ve cris-crossed the world of concealers for over 15 years now and this one has a special spot.
Its shade range was helpful for my neutral undertones – ’04 tone’ was quite close when compared to my usual MAC NC25 (tho I’d say it’s a smidge more peachy).
On to wearability, guess what? This bad boy hung in there for a solid 9-10 hrs without creasing or making my T-zone oily – so yeah, impressive wear test results! Here’s a small tip though, use a beauty sponge for dabbing it lightly under the eyes; brush application seemed to make it look patchy.
Yet I’ll fair warn ya about the ingredients; it does have silica which some people might react to – always advisable to do a patch test. For anyone who loves the finish but finds it pricey, Maybelline Fit Me concealer could be your go-to alternative; not an exact dupe but gets you close.
So even though I’ve been acting like “Miss know-it-all” remember our skin is like unique snowflakes, what works on one may not work on another. Happy experimenting folks!
Anyone else find that ’04 tone’ leans on the peachier side or is it just me being overly picky?

ParticipantWell, if we’re gonna talk ingredients, let’s not overlok the star factor here – Kosas Concealer’s impressive lineup! It’s got Arnica that’s known for its soothing effect, Caffeine and Pink Algae that combat dark circles pretty well (or at least, better than my morning coffee does). Yeah, it doesn’t assault your senses with fragrance. Remember folks, patch test it first before smearing it all over your precious under-eyes. I’ve got medium skin with warm undertones & I find the Shade 05 is a good match. Anyhoow, found any other concealers with such an impressive ingredient list? Or should we jsut keep lapping up the Kosas concealer like the beauty addicts we all clearly are?

ParticipantAgreeing with you all on the amazing shade range of Tower 28 concealer. I’ve been using it daily for a couple of weeks now and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve tried. The finish is more natural compared to other heavy-duty concealers out there and it doesn’t sink into fine lines or creases.
However, I did notice around the 6-hour mark, that it started to show some signs of wear, particularly in my T-zone area because let’s face it, my skin can get pretty oily there. I found setting it with a light dusting of translucent powder really helped with the longevity, so if you’re dealing with similar issues give that a try!
Just an observation: its formula seems pretty gentle, no noticeable fragrance and definately didn’t irritate my sensitive skin, though as always, you might wanna do a patch test if you’re prone to reactions.
In terms of application, I prefer using a small fluffy brush (N°7 from Brand X works great) to really work the product into the skin for the most natural finish. Overall, despite the slight wear issue in the T-zone, I’d highly recommend giving this one a shot!
