Absolutely on the same page about Kosas Concealer’s dewy finish! It just brings out that natural glow, which is a total game-changer. One tip for applying this is to use a beauty sponge instead of the typical concealer brush, it helps to get that perfect seamless blend with the rest of your makeup. But talk about the shade range—it’s incredibly inclusive with a nice balance of cool, neutral, and warm undertones. Just remember: a little goes a long way with this one! The consistency is richer than you might expect, so start off small and build if you need more coverage.

Ever tried Elf’s Hydrating Camo Concealer as a budget-friendly dupe? The performance is not exactly like Kosas but close enough, considering the price difference! A worthy tradeoff for those watching their purse strings.

there, your review resonated with me a lot! As an ardent fan of the Kosas Concealer’s dewy finish, I couldn’t agree more with how seamlessly it blends onto the skin. However, I discovered an equally magical yet less expensive alternative, the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer. It’s equaly rich in texture and offers a similar degree of coverage with that desirable dewy finish – definitely worth giving a try if you’re after a cheaper dupe!

As for shade match, admittedly, Maybelline’s range isn’t as comprehensive as Kosas’, but they do cater to various undertones decently well. I found that shade 20 Sand was a pretty close match to the Kosas Tone 04. Always remeber tho’, when switching brands it might be valuable to test shades beforehand where possible.

For application tips, I found using a damp beauty blender sponge gives the most flawless finish especially for concealer. And from an ingredients perspective, while both concealers have no fragrance or alcohol, the Maybelline version does contain silica which could be of concern for some peeps sensitive to it (remember to patch test!)

Final note on wear test: In my experience with both concealers, they have about the same longevity without creasing and minimal transfer after setting with Laura Mercier Translucent Powder. Just curious tho’, has anyone else tried this dupe and had similar experiences?
