MemberSo, here we are at last with my Tarte Shape Tape Concealer review! I’ve been testing this baby in the shade Light-Medium Honey (22N)—I’ve got those warm-neutral undertones folks. It boasts full-coverage that seriously handles my under eye situation, annd it’s self-setting, which is a blessing for a busy gal like me. Applying with a damp beauty blender gives seamless blendability and on days when I’m really lookin’ to up my game, I mix it with Fair-Light Neutral (16N) for some extra brightening. The coverage and finish really surpassed my expectations even after about 9ish hours of wear. Now the question that’s been haunting me – would it work just as well for spot concealing?

MemberOh darling, let me tell you, the Tarte Shape Tape concealer does NOT disappoint. I remember my first time applying it like it was yesterday. The shade range is impressive and I was able to find my perfect match. It’s got a thicker consistency but blends beautifully for a full coverage finish that really wows!
And can we talk about the applicator? That jumbo doe foot brush, oh boy, it gets me every time. You get just the right amount of product on one dip – goodbye dark circles and blemishes, hello flawless skin!
I’ve noticed that using a hydrating primer underneath definitely helps it apply smoother and prevents any creasing or dry patches. But otherwise, this baby doesn’t budge all day. Have you tried setting it with translucent powder? Works a charm in my experience!
Just echoing what you said about patch testing y’all – if you’ve got sensitive skin, always take that extra step first to ensure compatibility. Happy concealing!

Memberthere! 😊 I just got around to testing my Tarte Shape Tape in the shade “Light Meduimu Honey” recently, annd oh my – it was love at first application! I did pair it with thier Timeless Smoothing Primer and found it just glides on and blends in seamlessly. A big win for me is the oversized applicator brush – makes picking up just the right amount of product a breeze.
As for the finish, sp flexribe! Ooops, sorry! I meant so flexible* lol. 😂 Just one layer gave me a natural finish (reminded me of just putting on BB cream), but layering up definitely provided the full coverage (hello flawless skin) without feeling heavy or creasy. LOngevety was impressive too, I wore it for a full day at work plus a gym session shortly after – still stayed put beautifully!
Certainly agree with you that this concealery is a game changer… worth every penny and hype! 🙌💖

MemberAh, the famous Tarte Shape Tape Concealer 😍 I couldn’t resist picking up a tube in “Fair Beige” a while back. Honestly, it had such great coverage annd stayed put all day (even without my trusty primer!). And can we talk about how hydrating it is? My skin is drier than the Sahara, and not once did this concealer leave me looking flaky or feeling uncomfortably tight.
I know some of you mentioned you found it a tad hard to blend, but I actually thought the opposite! The trick I use is dotting it on before setting with powder and then blending with a damp beauty blender – works like magic every time! However, do patch test first as everyone’s skin reacts differently.
Also, let’s give a shout out to that applicator brush – perfect size for getting right into those nooks and crannies under the eyes, totally agree with you there @DaisyDewdrop!😉
All in all, thumbs up from me!👍

MemberOhh, you babes got me reminiscing about my first experience with the Tarte Shape Tape! I initially got mine in “Light Medium Honey” too, but it was a smidge too dark for my winter skin (hello ghostly complexion!). So I switched to “Fair Neutral”, and heyyy there perfect match! As for it’s performance, hands down one of the best I’ve come across. Remember tho, a little goes a long way with this one – don’t overdo it or you’ll end up looking cakey! Definitely worth patch testing different shades at your local makeup store if possible before commiting to full tube.

MemberYou guys, I feel you! Tarte Shape Tape in “Light Sand” has been my go-to for over a year now and frankly, can’t imagine life without it. It has the excellent full coverage I crave and the doe-foot brush makes application a breeze. Plus, that matte finish can’t be beat.
One thing tho—I always make sure to hydrate and prime my under-eyes before application as Shape Tape does tend to lean on the drier side. A smidge of oil-free moistuizer mixed with a drop of primer does the trick for me, most;y. Flawless wear every time! 🙌💕
So in agreement with you babes, it’s definitely worth the hype!

MemberOh, aren’t we all just a little bit in love with Tarte Shape Tape? 💕 The coverage is honestly next-level and it lasts all day on my combination skin (I couldn’t believe it until I saw no sign of wear or creasing after 10 hours!). I also totally agree about the “Fair Beige” shade, it’s perfect for my light skin without making me look washed out. And that jumbo doe foot applicator?! Ahh-mazing for speedy applications! Only thingy is, I gotta use my hydrating primer underneath because girl, it can be a wee bit drying sometimes. But overall, this gem is a seriously hard act to follow!! 🎭💄💖

MemberYou guys, I so relate to the love fest going on here for the Shape Tape! It really is amaze. 💖 But can we talk about the shade range?? Like, I seriously faced such a hard time picking out my correct match – anyone else? I find that some options lean a liittle too pink 😒 Anyway, “Fair Beige” now has my undying love and loyaly (even if it took five trials to find it). Make sure you all are patch testing and finding your perf shade before committing – could make all the diff in getting that flawless finish we’re all chasin’ after! 😉

Memberlovelies! I’m here to throw my hat in the ring for the Tarte Shape Tape party. 🥳 I’ve been using “Light Neutral” for my everyday looks for a couple of years now and let me tell you, that stuff is nothing short of magic! 💫 The thick yet blendable texture is somehow super forgiving on pesky fine lines (thanks, 30s…) and offers what I consider near perfect coverage.
Like some of you guys pointed out earlier, the doefoot applicator is seriously massive – I was intimidated at first, ngl. What I find works best though, is just dabbing it directly on with the applicator, then switching to either a damp beauty sponge or a small concealer brush to blend it all out. Trust me, it spreads like a dream – so much better control over coverage this way!
Ah, one tiny tipoff though (but trust me guys, no deal breaker!), it does tend to play bad boy with dry spots if you’re not careful about hydrating underneath. So don’t sleep on your skincare routine or primer – patch test if you’re unsure about sensitivity.
Keep shining and blending, ladies! Your makeup game deserves nothing less than Shape Tape level brilliance.✨😘

MemberHehe, looks like I’m boarding the Shape Tape love train as well. 😍 Gotta admit, when it comes to coverage, this bad boy totally knocked my socks off! 🙌 I’m also a ‘Light Sand’ gal and it perfectly melts into my skin, making undereye circles straight-up vanish. Wooosh!
They weren’t kidding about that wand tho. It’s ginormous and kinda intimidating at first but I find iffy brushes sorta fun – they’re like challenges that make me up my game. 😁 As for the formula, it’s thick enough to cover all sins and buttery smooth but man alive does it love to party in my fine lines if I skip primer.
So folks, not breaking any deep ground here, but Tarte Shape Tape gets a big thumbs up from me. Just remember to pre-game with a good hydrating primer if you’ve also got those darn smile lines already working their way onto your face. (Ah, the joys of aging… 😂) Savvy tip: patch test first for sensitivities before you slather this all over your faces tho, ladies! ✨

MemberOkay, dive in we go! 😄 Having 11 years of beauty experience has taught me one thing: it all comes down to the ingredients, peeps. Now, the Tarte Shape Tape – this thing slays in the coverage department, right? Agreed with all those singing praises for its shade range and finish before me.
But oh em gee, let’s talk about that gigantic doe-foot applicator? Like seriously, who needs that much product in one go? Took me a sec to figure out the right amount without going full-on cake face. 😅 I’d absolutely recommend priming your face before application though – it’s a tad drying on my skin (despite all those ‘nourishing’ ingredients they rattle off). Just a heads up for any fellow dry-skin squad out there, a lil’ bit of prep never hurt anybody. As always lovelies, remember to patch test first! You know your skin best.
Despite minor gripes (looking at you giant doe-footer) the Tarte Shape Tape is undeniably a game-changer. Hey, nothing’s perfect but this concealer sure does try hard to be! Effectiveness over small quirks any day for this gal.💁♀️

Memberall! 😄
Just to start, totally agree with the Shape Tape love fest. It’s been my go-to for about a year now. My base product? Fair Neutral, and it’s the perfect match for my skin. Couple squirts and boom – dark circles are HIStory! (see what I did there? 🤭)
Has anyone tried it with the Tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer? That combo has seriously been a game-changer for me – like some sort of magical pore-filling extravaganza.
One thing that throws me though is the big applicator brush – it can be tricky to get just the right amount without looking like a reverse panda 🐼 Anyone else struggle with that or am I on my own here?
